The Gift Card Activity report lists all gift card activity that affects the value of a gift card.

Card Activity report provides all gift card activity that affects the value of a gift card.
The default report template will be utilized for the report.
Enter a Start Date by clicking into the field and entering a date using the mm/dd/yy date format or select the date from the drop down menu.
Enter an End Date by clicking into the field and using the mm/dd/yy date format or select the date from the drop down menu.
Select Preview to view the report onscreen.
Select Print to send the report directly to the default printer.
Understanding Your Report
Gift Card Number- Provides the Gift Card number
Operator- Operator ID of who processed the transaction.
Date- Date of the transaction
TTR- Transaction Tracking Record for the transaction
Type- Transaction type
- Card Activation Request- Activation of the card
- Redeem Request- Card used to settle an order
- Add Value- Additional funds added to the card
- Card Re-issue - Re-activate the card
Amount- Amount of the Transaction
Tender Type
- Purchase- Add value to the card.
- Return- Item purchased with a Gift Card is returned, the price of the item is added back to the gift card.
- Redeem- The Gift Card was used to settle a transaction.
- Promo
Total- Total Gift Card activity for the dates selected.
